Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth clients focusing on Dubai's real estate market, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and risks in Dubai's dynamic real estate landscape.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience with a reputed Developer/Broker agency in Dubai
  • Excellent knowledge of all projects and areas in Dubai
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for deeper insights.
  • Proven track record of successful investment strategies leading to significant client ROI.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Property Consultant - Secondary Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process, from property viewings to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Utilize advanced marketing techniques, including digital advertising and social media, to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings, including high-quality images and compelling descriptions that highlight unique features.
  • Assist clients in staging homes effectively to maximize appeal and value, providing expert advice on presentation and improvements.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented while fostering positive relationships.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and ensure compliance throughout transactions.
  • Conduct open houses and private showings to showcase properties, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages buyer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales and market analysis.
  • Real Estate License or equivalent certification, demonstrating compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, showcasing a proven track record in secondary property transactions.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets, enabling candidates to provide valuable insights to clients based on specific regional trends.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language, enhancing communication with diverse clientele and expanding market reach.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing for effective market assessments and strategic pricing decisions that benefit clients.
  • Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems, streamlining processes and improving client relationship management.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of advocating for clients while maintaining professional relationships with all parties involved.

Commercial Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Commercial Sales
Reports To: Managing Director
Working: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm

Job Summary:

Artha Realty LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial real estate division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property sales, strong leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of commercial agents, and developing strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial sales division, managing a team of agents and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence in commercial real estate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients including corporate tenants, investors, landlords, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent lead generation through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management to the commercial sales team.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to deal closure, ensuring legal and company compliance.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on current trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE commercial real estate sector.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to commercial clients and listings.
  • Represent Artha Realty LLC at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s commercial property market, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (RERA certification preferred).
  • UAE driving license and car.
