Job Summary

The Junior Accountant will support the Finance & Accounts teamat Artha Realty LLC by assisting with daily accounting tasks, maintainingfinancial records, and ensuring accuracy of financial data. Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting

  • Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor invoices and client billing.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers.

Financial Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Support with preparation of management reports and variance analysis.
  • Help in budget tracking and forecasting activities.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable).
  • Experience in real estate accounting (preferred but not required).

Technical Skill

  • Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, Tally, SAP) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

As we expand our property management portfolio, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Maintenance Coordinator to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Summary

The Property Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational aspects of managed properties, acting as a key liaison between tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in property management processes within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant & Landlord Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords for day-to-day property-related matters
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, handovers, and snagging processes
  • Handle tenant queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with tenancy contract renewals, notices, and documentation

Property Operations & Maintenance

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with approved vendors and contractors
  • Schedule inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Track maintenance work orders, costs, and completion timelines
  • Ensure properties are maintained as per agreed standards and SLAs

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain property management documentation, including:
  • Tenancy contracts
  • Ejari registration and renewals
  • Notices, NOCs, and handover documents
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and relevant Dubai real estate regulations
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all managed properties

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate rental cheques collection and handover to accounts team
  • Track service charges, maintenance invoices, and vendor payments
  • Assist in preparing reports related to property performance, occupancy, and maintenance
  • Support budgeting and cost-control efforts for managed properties

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with property managers, leasing team, accounts, and front office
  • Update CRM (Bitrix)/ property management systems with accurate and timely information
  • Support audits and management reporting as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in property management or real estate administration in the UAE
  • Hands-on experience with Ejari, tenancy contracts, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Experience working with landlords, tenants, and maintenance vendors

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties and stakeholders

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Admin to support the daily operations of our property management department in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with property listings, RERA/DLD documentation, and real estate administrative processes. Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and possession of a UAE real estate license will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update property files, lease agreements, and tenancy records in CRM systems.

Manage property listings across portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.

Prepare and process DLD forms (A, B, I, etc.) and ensure compliance with RERA/DLD requirements.

Coordinate with multiple landlords, tenants, and vendors for maintenance, renewals, and other operational matters.

Support financial tasks including rent collection tracking, payment follow-ups, and invoice coordination.

Handle DEWA, Empower, Ejari, and insurance documentation for each property.

Assist in property handovers, inspections, move-ins/outs, and inventory checks.

Monitor tenant satisfaction, handle minor complaint resolutions, and support renewals.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management or real estate administration in Dubai with hands-on dealing with multiple landlords/tenants.

Familiarity with property portals, DLD forms, and RERA procedures.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
