Join Artha Realty LLC, a boutique real estate firm known for its integrity, energy, and exclusive inventory in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Al Furjan.
We are expanding our Secondary Market Sales Team and looking for driven Real Estate Agents who can deliver exceptional results while building long-term client relationships.
Handle resale and ready property transactions in JVC and Al Furjan.
Manage exclusive listings and generate qualified leads.
Conduct property viewings and negotiations professionally.
Advise clients on current market trends, investment potential, and property valuations.
Maintain strong relations with landlords, buyers, and tenants.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Admin to support the daily operations of our property management department in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with property listings, RERA/DLD documentation, and real estate administrative processes. Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and possession of a UAE real estate license will be considered an advantage.
Maintain and update property files, lease agreements, and tenancy records in CRM systems.
Manage property listings across portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Prepare and process DLD forms (A, B, I, etc.) and ensure compliance with RERA/DLD requirements.
Coordinate with multiple landlords, tenants, and vendors for maintenance, renewals, and other operational matters.
Support financial tasks including rent collection tracking, payment follow-ups, and invoice coordination.
Handle DEWA, Empower, Ejari, and insurance documentation for each property.
Assist in property handovers, inspections, move-ins/outs, and inventory checks.
Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to prepare and update listings and promotional materials as well as proper coordination with Finance team for accounts receivables/payables.
Monitor tenant satisfaction, handle minor complaint resolutions, and support renewals.
Prepare operational reports and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Working Days: Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm)
Alternate Saturdays (9:00am-4:00pm)
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management or real estate administration in Dubai with hands-on dealing with multiple landlords/tenants.
Familiarity with property portals, DLD forms, and RERA procedures.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems like Bitrix, etc..
UAE Driving license is a must.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
