Sales Manager (Off Plan)
Position: Sales Manager (Off-Plan Sales Division)
Company: Artha Realty LLC
Location: Sheikh Zayed Road- Dubai
Working Days: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm), Saturdays (9am-4pm)
Remuneration: AED 15000-18000 plus commission and team over-ride

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue streams in the real estate off plan sector.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales agents, providing training and support to enhance performance and achieve sales targets as well as closely monitor their KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective closing of deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in real estate industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic) can be an asset in diverse markets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients and team members.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our real estate sales team at Artha Realty LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into site visits and ultimately sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Explain project details, features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to ensure attendance.
- Maintain records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must. Additionally, knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
