Artha Realty is expanding into a new business vertical – Short Term Rentals / Executive Accommodation. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and result-driven Business Head / Head of Operations / Operations Manager to lead this division from setup to scale. The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete P&L, business strategy, operational execution, team building, compliance, and revenue growth of the Short Term Rentals business.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can independently build and manage the business end-to-end.

Sales Manager - Lead off-plan project sales across major developers in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue from new launches and ongoing developments, managing relationships with top developers, and leading a high-performing team of off-plan property consultants.
Own project allocations, sales strategies, launch readiness, and end-to-end pipeline conversion, ensuring Artha Realty delivers consistent results across all major developer portfolios.

Build and maintain strong relationships with major Dubai developers. Secure project allocations, negotiate commission structures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge on project inventory, payment plans, pricing updates and availability.
