Working with Nikita from Artha Realty was the best choice! As first time buyers, we were clueless about buying off-plan and payment plans. Not only did she convince the developer to customize our payment plan, but also educated us about the importance of escrow. I Personally recommend the sales officer and sales person are understanding clients expectations and try their best to accomplish the dream of the client, without pocking and nagging too much. That was the best experience I had with them. If you genuinely looking to get the best deals and best property they are the one time solution.

We have had a really great experience with Kashish during our hunt and selection of the property. She has been extremely patient and considerate in understanding our requirement and delivered us better than our expectations. One of the most appreciative traits of Kashish is that we were made aware of the challenges at every step well in advance, and we got no surprises or shocks rather, at any step. It was glad to have her with us on this journey.
