KORE by Imtiaz is a 17-floor residential building of about 351 homes, planned around three ideas: Train, Nourish and Recover. The architecture is contemporary, with clean lines and functional layouts, and the building combines apartments with a large health and fitness facility so training and recovery sit within the same address.
Homes are delivered fully furnished as studios from 406 sq.ft., one-bedroom apartments from 669 sq.ft. and two-bedroom apartments from 1,406 sq.ft. Interiors use natural bamboo and oak, woven textures, stone surfaces and fluted panelling, and bedrooms come with a Heveya natural-latex sleep system.
The centrepiece is a 3,200 sq.ft. Raw Theory gym with 50 Technogym machines, alongside The Hike, a 500-step training staircase, a padel court and an outdoor gym. Recovery facilities include a sauna, red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Outdoors, residents have an adults' leisure pool, a rooftop kids' pool and a sunset deck, plus edible and sensory gardens, the Harvest Table pavilion, garden coworking pods, a family lawn, a children's playground and a clubhouse.

KORE by Imtiaz is located in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), in the Wadi Al Safa 5 area of Dubailand. The community is planned around family living, with three parks within a 10-minute walk and schools including GEMS FirstPoint School and The Aquila School nearby.
The site has road access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and is close to Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City. Global Village and Dubai Outlet Mall are about 10 minutes away, Al Habtoor Polo Resort around 10 minutes, and Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport around 20 minutes by car.
