Niraj Masand

Managing Director

With more than 20 years in the industry, Niraj Masand built his career on one belief: real estate is about people first, property second. In that time, he has seen Dubai’s property market evolve from its early boom days to the global hub it is today. His journey includes leading roles at Emaar, Better Homes, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he helped shape strategy, strengthen teams, and find growth even in challenging markets.

In 2020, he founded Artha Realty to bring that experience together under one vision: real estate done with integrity and insight. Today, he leads a team helping to shape the skyline of the city he loves - and build the dreams and ambitions of its people.

Niraj has kept the same Dubai number for more than 20 years — so if someone he met in 2004 decides to call him today, they’ll still reach him.
