Shahrukhz Residences is presented by Danube Properties as the first residential tower named after actor Shah Rukh Khan, following the commercial Shahrukhz by Danube tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. The tower offers studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, all delivered fully furnished, with sea and skyline views depending on position.
The penthouses are designed by Gauri Khan. Official renders show furnished living rooms, bathrooms, a King's Suite and penthouse interiors. Unit sizes and floor counts have not yet been published by the developer, and Danube states that eligible units may also be offered under its 1% monthly payment plan.
Over 40 Lifestyle Amenities
Danube lists more than 40 amenities. Highlights include Infinity 33, a beachside experience; the King's Club Deck, a private rooftop club overlooking the sea; a beach lagoon; a sports hub; and an indoor gym. The Longevity Lounge offers cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red-light therapy bed and compression therapy.
Other facilities include an infinity pool, padel and tennis courts, a golf simulator, a cigar lounge, a spa, kids' daycare and splash pools, a running track and a drone docking station. Press coverage also mentions private yacht access for residents.
