Inspired by Maybach Design
The project takes its name and design cues from the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concept car, using bold geometric lines and curves across two residential towers. According to the official brochure, the towers rise 29 and 34 residential floors above a ground floor, mezzanine and five parking levels, on a plot of about 154,203 sq.ft., with 34 retail shops at ground level.
The brochure lists 1,844 residences: 1,344 studios, 220 one-bedroom, 220 two-bedroom and 60 three-bedroom apartments. Portal listings describe open-plan layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end marble, bespoke woodwork, European kitchen appliances and smart-home systems for lighting, climate and security. Unit sizes range from about 361 sq.ft. for a studio to around 1,528 sq.ft. for a three-bedroom.
Amenities Within Binghatti City
Residents have access to outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a leisure lounge, yoga areas, jogging tracks and a children's play area. The buildings include retail facilities at ground level, high-speed elevators, covered parking and CCTV security, while the wider Binghatti City masterplan adds a central park designed around 12 curated experiences.
