A resident of Dubai since 2004, Niraj has experienced firsthand the dynamic evolution of the region’s real estate industry. Prior to establishing Artha Realty, Niraj worked with prestigious real estate and financial institutions including Emaar, Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield and Better Homes.
At Emaar, Niraj was credited with creating a successful lease strategy for commercial assets during the downturn of the real estate industry during 2009-2011. He spearheaded the entire operations of Hamptons from 2011 to 2013, including sales, leasing and property management.
Niraj’s passion and specific area of interest is in the area of institutional transactions. As an active player in the property market since 2004, Niraj has considerable experience in the acquisition of large format commercial spaces by occupiers and sales of income generating assets to institutional investors. He has been instrumental in helping developers acquire land and facilitate joint venture opportunities between landowners and developers.
His relationships with developers and institutions have been nurtured over the years, which has resulted in several exclusive and preferred basis mandates for sales and rentals of residential projects in Dubai.
Niraj is especially valued for his pragmatism. He is known to be knowledgeable, methodical and transparent with his approach, enabling his clients to make informed decisions that they are comfortable with.
