Binghatti Etherea is a residential and retail tower set on a 24,989 sq.ft. plot, rising over a basement, ground floor, five podium levels, 22 residential floors, a mechanical level and a roof. It holds 282 apartments (64 studios, 134 one-bedroom and 84 two-bedroom units) and five ground-floor retail shops.
The facade uses a grid-inspired design with satin chrome detailing, metal mesh and large glazed surfaces, oriented to bring in natural light and open up views. Interiors use muted tones, travertine stone flooring, oak, feature marble and fluted panels within open-plan layouts.
Etherea's amenities are gathered on a zoned deck on the fifth floor. A linear layout brings together an adult swimming pool, a children's pool and a jacuzzi, with a sun bath area and outdoor showers alongside.
Wellness spaces include an aerobics and yoga platform, while symmetrical paths, sunken sitting areas, a children's play area and a bicycle and walking path sit within a tree-lined perimeter.

Binghatti Etherea is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), in District 11. JVC is an established residential community that the developer notes is consistently ranked for its quality of life, with access to more than 30 landscaped parks. Circle Mall, the community's main shopping centre, is about 5 minutes from the tower.
The tower connects to Al Khail Road, Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). According to the developer, Dubai Autodrome is about 20 minutes away, Expo City Dubai and Burj Al Arab around 25 minutes, and Al Maktoum International Airport about 30 minutes by car.
