Samana Skyros is a 17-storey residential tower named after the Greek island of Skyros, with a resort-style, Greek-inspired concept. The AED 510 million project has 441 apartments and a total built-up area of 567,433 sq ft, with retail spaces at the podium level.
The tower has a wavy facade with balconies and terraces. Units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, and almost all of them have a private pool built into the balcony. Interiors are designed around natural light and open living spaces, with smart-home features.
Shared facilities include leisure pool decks with a main pool and kids' pool, an indoor and outdoor health club and gym, and a sauna and steam room. The rooftop has a basketball court, jogging track, lounge and cinema.
Residents also have a kids' play area, valet parking and retail outlets within the building.
