With a degree in Hospitality Management from Napier University, Edinburgh, and the Institute of Advanced Management, Goa, Ludayne has built his career with leading international hotel chains such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. His most recent roles in India included managing ultra-luxury villas for HNI and UHNI clientele—delivering tailored, service-first experiences with precision and discretion.
In Dubai, Ludayne expanded his leadership portfolio as Business Head for Tummy Tales Restaurants, overseeing their catering vertical, and later consulting as Chief Revenue Officer for a group of restaurants—sharpening his commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Now, transitioning into real estate, Ludayne brings the same ethos of client care, operational excellence, and results-driven focus. With strong interpersonal skills, a pragmatic mindset, and a “can-do” attitude, he is committed to helping clients navigate Dubai’s fast-moving property market with clarity and confidence.
